Reader Request: Showing the Bcc: field in Outlook 2007

Again, at Marie’s request, here’s how you get the Bcc: field to show in Outlook 2007.

This one was much easier to track down than her request for viewing the “Readability Report” in Word 2007.

When you’ve clicked on the “New” message button, just go to the “Options” tab and click the button labeled “show Bcc” as shown below.
Bcc Field in Outlook 2007

If anyone else has something they’d like to see in the new Office 2007 Suite just leave me a comment or e-mail me at jason@b5media.com

Thanks!

  1. Anna says:

Is it possible to change outlook 2007 to always show the bcc field when creating a new email? The office help says I should go to View-menu and select BCC but I don’t have that in my View-menu… Is there anything to do about it?

    /Anna.

  2. Tom says:

Re forwarding emails. My view-menu does not reflect BCC. How do I include it?

  3. Tom says:

How do I sent emails to two or more addressees without refealing their individual email addresses. My view-menu does not include BCC.

    Tom

  4. Jason says:

Tom, did you follow the instructions in the post itself? Are you using Outlook?

  5. Tom says:

    Jason, thank you!

Just got back from out of town.
    Problem has been solved.
