Revers Fly From The Push Up

Reverse One Arm Fly From The Push-up: Push ups are great but if you’re looking to mix two exercises in to one, grab a pair of comfortable dumb bells and get in to the push up position while holding them to the floor. Spread your feet wider than normal to help your balance. Do a push-up and while in the upward position do a reverse fly with one arm (Obviously doing both arms at the same time is going to land you on your face). Do another push-up and then reverse fly the other arm. That’s one repetition.

What’s great about this exercise is that your not only working your chest, but your back too. Also by performing the reverse fly you have to balance yourself and that’s going to use core muscles. Do about 10 reps and you’re definitely going to feel it later. Mix this in with your daily routine and you’re sure to build a stronger back and chest.

I wish I had a picture, video or some kind of visual, but unfortunately I don”t. I think it’s pretty self explanatory and should be easy to figure out.
