Reversal of outsourcing

It had occurred to me recently that I was hearing more “American” voices at the end of the menu maze for service and related calls. That’s, of course, difficult to judge at best, but according to the Economic Times there are some indications that the stream of outsourced business is slowing or even reversing course. As with everything in life, finding the right balance seems to be the key.
