Reverse Your Workout for More Gains

Most of us follow the same workout routine. We start with the same warm-up, go through the same exercises first and then end with the same exercises as we always do. One way to super charge your workout is to flip your workout order.
We tend to start with our favorite exercises and finish with the ones we shy away from. This neglects weak spots that need more work because we have less energy at the end of our workout or skip these exercises altogether when time runs short.
By reversing the order of your workout, you’ll give lesser worked muscle groups more attention and build a more well rounded body.
Remember to keep mixing up your workouts up with different sets, reps, weight, and exercises even after you reverse your workout.
