Rockstar Wins Appeal

I’m sure that Rockstar is doing the happy dance right now.
As I wrote earlier, Rockstar was appealing the BBFC’s rating of Manhunt 2 which pretty much banned the game in the U.K.
Well, Rockstar won their appeal.
However, this might now be the last that we hear about the BBFC and Manhunt 2.
Sue Clark, spokeswoman for the BBFC, told GamesIndustry.biz that, “There are a few options open to us – we can go to the High Court to appeal the decision – but we’ll make a further statement when we’ve seen the full report.”
So, I’m not sure if the BBFC is done with the whole Manhunt 2 fight but, for right now, Manhunt 2 has a chance to be on U.K. shelves by Christmas.
