RSSExplosion is wrangling in subscribers?

RSSExplosion is offering to increase your RSS subscribers for a fee. Here are things it promises to deliver if you avail of their services: (i) Increase RSS Subscribers; (ii)A hundred percent Confidential; (iii) Increase your blog’s value and worth 100% and (iv)Money Back Guarantee!

hmmmm … in verbatim they promise to:

Our proven algorithms will jumpstart any blog’s RSS Subscriber base to give you the immediate edge you need to become, and continue to be competitive in your verticle. RSS XPlode is the most cost-effective and easiest way to explode your RSS Subscriber base, inspire reader confidence, and command authority in your niche. Did we mention it’s great for your blog’s net worth as well?[Source]

It is an “interesting” service because:

(1) You do not know how it is done.

(2) It actually guarantees a fixed number of RSS subscribers within 24 hours.

RSSExplosion services range from $20 ,with a 20 guaranteed subscribers, to $90, which guarantees at least an increase in the number to at least 100.

Has anyone out there tried this service?

Why do I feel like stating something PT Barnum said a long time ago. Please correct me if my instincts are wrong here.
