Sam and Max Will Release to the World

According to The International House of Mojo, a retail release of Sam and Max will be hitting stores sometime in August. The good ol’ folks over at The Adventure Company are going to be the one to produce that humorous series of games that we have all come to know and love.

Now, no one is quite sure what’s going to be on these cds yet. Yes, the games themselves will be on those precious little pieces of media, but will there be extras? Will there be mini-games? Will there be interviews of all of our favorite TellTale Games people? We just don’t know. What is know, however, is that it will be different from the cd that TellTale is issuing in May to people who bought the season package from TellTale’s site.

Let’s hope that the two cds are going to be very similar, so I don’t have to spring another $30 to get all the extras. But if I have to, I won’t complain about it too much, because I know that if I purchase that cd, about $.03 will get into the actual developers hands and I can’t deny them that.
