Personally I think the ‘just calling’ is a bit underrated or downplayed, and people talk up the ‘raise or fold’ too much, esp. in cash games.

Raise or fold seem more oriented to tournament situations, wherein if your hand is good enough to call it should be good enough to raise because there are only a certain # of chips, whereas in cash sometimes it’s okay to see more hands and allow cards to come off, as the stacks can be replenished.

Farha is the best.
