11/28 – Hendrick Motorsports has replaced Jeff Meendering with former Crew Chief for Dale Jarrett’s no. 44 car Jason Burdett. Burdett is a former Car Chief at Hendrick. Read More.
11/28 – Dodge announced that beginning in 2008 they are dropping the Avenger from their NASCAR arsenal and will compete only with the Dodge Charger in the Sprint Cup Series. Read More.

Don Miller (Penske President since 1990) has announced his retirement; Mike Nelson (Crew Chief for the no. 12 driven by Ryan Newman in ’07) has been promoted to Vice President of Operations; Roy McCauley (Crew Chief & Engineer for Penske since ’02) will take over as the Crew Chief for Newman.
