Saturday Silliness: Who would you like to drink with?

The traditional question is always “Who, living or dead, would you like to have dinner with?”, but the more interesting question is “Who, living or dead, would you like to drink with?”
Let us know in the comments exactly who you’d want to spend some time at a bar with. Think about it – you’d have longer at a bar with a person, and your, and their, guard would come down as you consume more alcohol. Imagine some of the cool things you could learn! ![]()
I’ll go first – I think, for right now, my answer would be Vin Diesel. I’d want to know exactly what prompted him to make those dumb kid movies, and answers to some other burning questions.

Seriously? I’d just like to drink at the bar with my husband. Whom I hardly get to see because he is always away at work. With the kids safely being babysat by someone cool. But if I could have a celeb …author Marian Keyes, whose books always make me laugh; and George Clooney, because I’ve heard he’s a real gentleman.
I have a couple likes, each for different reasons.
For pure mind-food, Leonardo DaVinci. The man was incredible. The sight he had, just imagine what he could foresee with the internet and technology available today. Over whiskey shots.
Angelina Jolie, because she is interesting and rebelious, earthy, smart, and gorgeous. Bet she’d be fun as hell in a bar. And she has Brad Pitt. Maybe he could join us.
Keanu Reeves. With the trench coat. Do I even need to justify this one?
I’d love to drink with Ryan Reynolds – I don’t want to publicize what I’d do after two pitchers of beer, but you can get the gist ;)
Frank and Deano or any one of the original hampton’s crew .. bogie, bacall…
You.
William Shatner.
Sharon Ozbourne.
And yes, George Clooney. Because I still think I stand a chance.
Alannis Morrissette.
Why?
She’s smart, articulate, creative, spiritual and hawt.
She did the Ryan and now she’s over that.
She did not forsake Canada on the road to success.
Her Ottawa flat is a design dream.
