Saturn at Opposition

Ok, I know I’ve been going nuts with Saturn images for the majority of my Astronomy Porn posts, but you gotta cut me some slack because it is really the coolest planet. C’mon, you gotta admit it.

Furthermore, it’s at opposition which means the views will not be this good for a few years. This’ll be the last one for a while, I promise.

This week’s image comes from a neighbor of mine, Vern’s Astronomy Blog, where on February 10th, he went out with his webcam and took this image of Saturn.
