Sauna Suites | The Good The Bad And The Sweaty

I bought a Sauna Suite yesterday. I’ve dreaded doing it for a long time because I knew the agony it would cause me during a work out. I like to be comfortable when I work out. I like a fan circulating the air and I like to be able to wipe the sweat off when I can.
Now if you know what a Sauna Suit is you know that it’s like wrapping yourself in a trash bag. It makes you sweat by holding in your natural body heat. Wrestlers (not the WWE kind) and MMA fighters use them quite often when trying to cut weight for fights by flushing water weight and burn calories.
You may say “By sweating are you really burning fat or just losing water weight?” you’re doing both. Let me explain. By using the sauna suit you are forcing your body to sweat. Sweating is good because it helps purge your body of some toxins. You also burn calories when you sweat because your body needs fuel for energy and will burn fat for energy when other means are not available. By using that fuel energy to sweat, especially when your exercising with a sauna suit on, you burn calories and fat. While you replace the water weight by consuming more water you are still burning calories while doing so. The water is replaced while the calories are not.
It is of the utmost importance to drink water while using a sauna suite to avoid dehydration. It is also very important to clean the sauna suit after use and to shower soon after using hot water to purge the remaining sweat from your pores and then cool it down shortly after to close your pores and cool down your body.
Safety is key! You don’t want to lose your life while trying to lose weight so be careful and remember to hydrate yourself. Moderation is the key to everything in life and if you diet right and exercise you will see results. Supplements can help but don’t rely on a pill to make you shed pounds while you sit on your butt in front of the tv. Getup, get out, and get healthy!
You can pick up a decent sauna suit just about anywhere that sells fitness equipment, but you can find an inexpensive one where else? Wally World!

I’ve worn sauna suits for a few years now, and enjoy walking, working out in them. I also wear around house, out, etc. I’m very comfortable in mine, and feel great when sweating a lot in them.
Sauna Suits are great. I would enclorage people to buythem.

I use sauna suits a lot. While I realize that they might not make you lose weight,I’m convinced that they keep me from gaining.I love going for walks with mine on because i get the exercise by walking and also the benefit of the suit at the same time.
I recently started using a sauna suit but i soon came to learn that it wasnt going to last long and it started splitting after wearing it 5 or 6 times.
It was very uncomforable to wear but i wore it because i was so desperate to lose weight. It felt very heavy, cold and wet if it hadnt been dried properly for the next day use.
However, now i have started going back to using black refuse sacks, which are light in weight and much comfortable to wear.
After wearing suana suites or black refuse bags i strongly believe that you do lose lots of calories. People usually say to me when they realise that i am wearing one that you only put your calories back on when you drink water. But my argument is that if i sweat without putting on a suana suit it would still make me put the calories on by drinking water. So therefore if i am burnuing extra calories , i dont care what anyone says, i think wearing a refuse sack or sauna suit definitely keeps my calories off amd makes me feel great.
I don’t understand your concept of putting calories back on by drinking water. There is no such thing as caloric water. Read the third paragraph of this post.
Lastly if you buy a good sauna suit and dry it properly, inside out, it will last you a good while. One way is to turn it inside out and spray it down with water and shake it our well. Wipe it down with a good absorbant towel and let the rest air dry.
