Save the environment — and money — with TrickleStar’s line of TrickleSaver and TrickleSwitch products, which reduce power usage that’s consumed when an appliance is switched off or in standby mode, aka “vampire power.” TrickleSaver and TrickleSwitch stop the flow of this unneeded electricity, which is estimated to save up to 12% on your monthly electricity bill.

There are three varieties of TrickleStar products:
The PC TrickleSaver reduces power from computer peripherals like monitors, speakers, printers, and more, by switching off these secondary devices when your PC is shut down or in standby mode. It’s priced at $24.95.
The TV TrickleSaver reduces power from amplifiers, satellite receivers, game consoles, and DVD players that are left on when your TV is switched off, and it works with your existing power strips. $34.95.
The PC TrickleSwitch is an add-on device for the PC TrickleSaver, which adds a manual off/on switch for extra conrol and power savings. It connects through a USB port, and costs $14.95.
