Scratch Matt Jones off of your Fantasy Football Wish List

Matt Jones, a fantasy football surprise during the early parts if the 2008 fantasy football season, got busted. Again.
Last year, he got caught with cocaine. This time it isn’t known what exact substance he got busted with but cocaine is probably a good guess.
What’s interesting is that Jones got a slap on the wrist for his cocaine bust last season. At the same time, Pacman Jones is practically kicked out of the league … and Pacman’s actual record is cleaner than Matt Jones. (No relation, by the way.)
Now NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will have a chance to give Jones a harsher penalty. A second cocaine possession charge probably will cost Jones a significant amount of games. Perhaps even the entire 2009 NFL season.
Keep an eye out for what Goodell does but in the meantime, scratch Matt Jones off of your wish list. Well, unless your playing Arkansas prison league fantasy football. Then, you’d probably want to take Jones first in your draft.
