Spike TV has announced the nominees for their Scream 2009 awards which will take place on October 17, 2009 at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles (it will air on Spike TV on October 27th – check local listings). This is the fourth year that this event is being held and the nominations were determined by an advisory panel comprised of genre leaders like Tim Burton, Wes Craven, Roland Emmerich and more. As if the show isn’t enough, viewers of the two-hour event will be treated to exclusive footage from some of the most highly anticipated films of 2010.
