My husband and I laughed so hard at the end of the show this week, that I thought I would begin with the end and move backwards. This episode of Celebrity Apprentice had the best ending so far. It was priceless for them to end the show with the driver waiting for the player who was fired. No one got fired this week. AMAZING! At least in my opinion. Mr. Trump actually gained points with me this week. He actually extended grace to the losing team and kept all players! AMAZING! Enough of that, let’s talk about the episode.
The Task: Sell buggy rides in Central Park and the team who makes the most money wins!
Not a very exciting task. At least that was my initial thought. The show actually began with Mr. Trump mixing up the two teams. He put Piers Morgan and Omorosa on the same team! That was priceless! Two people who dislike each other were forced to work together. If I had to pick a winner between the two, in the war that ensued throughout the show, I would give Omorosa the edge. She was “wicked”. She never backed down from Piers. For the first time in weeks, Piers Morgan did not have the upper hand. In my opinion both Piers Morgan and Omorosa should have been fired. Whether their team won or not, they both should have been fired. They created a hostile environment for the other “employees” and frankly as a fan of the show, it wasn’t pleasant to watch. The task took a backseat to the bickering between Omorosa and Piers Morgan.
Coachable Moments:
1. As the leader, boss, Project Manager, you have a responsibility to remain professional at all times, even if you have an employee who is attempting to disrupt the task. Leaders have a responsibility to look for creative solutions to work through issues with their employees. When none of that works, sit down “privately” and address the issues. If it means termination, be fair, but let them go. Discipline in private and maintain the dignity of the employee. No matter what!
2. As an employee, you have a responsibility to remain professional at all times, even if you have an idiot for a boss. It is not ok to become hostile to your boss in public. If you have issues with your boss, attempt to sit down and discuss it privately. Remain productive even in the face of tremendous stress, hostility. How you respond to negative work environments is a reflection on you – your character!

Omarosa is a joke, she was on one season of the apprentice…..she really has a big head, thinks she is all that !!! She is not in the same class as anyone of these stars, should have been fired in the first week. Her mouth and what comes out of it, is ridiculous. Can she learn to Shut Up….I doubt it. But, I guess this makes ratings go up….
