Silly Sunday: Bank Stress Tests

This is a great SNL opener featuring “Timothy Geithner” breaking down the banks stress tests for the public. Great stuff. Probably because some of it reflects how the banks feel about the whole thing — and because SNL gets to the heart of the problem with the stress tests: They’re meaningless because the Treasury Department let the banks dictate the terms.
