Simple Squats You Can Do At Work…Or Anywhere

If you often slack off when it comes to working your legs then you know how you feel after you really work them hard. You’re sore for days and it’s absolutely draining on your body for those muscles to recover. Why do I know this? Because I’m one of those slackers. So to curb this problem I have started doing some form of squats on a daily basis. Nothing drastic, just some simple squats to keep my legs loose and working so the next time I work them hard, the recovery won’t be so bad.

Prisoner Squat: Stand with feet about shoulder width apart and simply squat down while keeping your back straight and your shoulders in line with our hips. Reach your hands out in front of you as you dip down to keep you balance and try not to lean to far forward. If your legs are weak you can use a desk or stationary object to support yourself with your hands. When returning to the upright position move your hands to your hips. Too easy.

As opposed to sitting here, making you read my explanations of each exercise just to send you to a link to see the exercise I’ve just provided links to Full Fitness.net. These are a few easy leg exercises that you can do just about anywhere when you have a few minutes while at work or watching the tube. Enjoy.
