SingStar Is Coming to America

Allow me to just say: FINALLY!!!
Not that it affects me, since I’m in France and have had access to its wonderfulness for going on a year now, but it did pain my little sympathetic heart to think of all my American friends missing out on the grandiosity of SingStar.
Sony Computer Entertainment America announced that it will release SingStar for PS2 this upcoming fall. So start saving your pennies for the microphone bundle pack because going by experience, it’ll set you back about $50-60.
The tracks for the US version have not been announced, but you can bet I’ll post them once they’re up.
(I’m not obsessed at all … no…)
In related (but self-serving) news a new version of SingStar entitled SingStar Anthems is hitting the European market on August 4th. It includes such must-sing-along titles as Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive”, Cher’s “If I Could Turn Back Time”, and my personal favorite, The Weather Girls’ “It’s Raining Men.”
Hallelujah!

The perfect training tool for Idol.
If you can’t hold a note in this, then don’t even think about going anywhere near the next audition.
*with tongue firmly planted in cheek*
At long last!!
How I wish that they had it last time I threw a party…I searched for hours trying to find a North American version of any kind.
Start practicing, Erin, cause when K. and I come to visit, you and M. are going down! :D
If it’s at all skill based…yes, yes we are.
Shit.
