Skateboard Mount for Wii Balance Board

A skateboard deck mount that attaches to the Wii Fit Balance Board was released earlier this week and, while I had never even thought of such a thing, I can see how it could really enhance game play.

The attachment fits right on top of the Wii Balance Board and is the actual size of a real skateboard.  There are a number of games that this could work with including Skate it, Shaun White Snowboarding, We Ski and Snowboard, Wii Fit (the snowboarding balance game) and all those skating challenges in EA Sports Active. 

I love all these products for Wii (and the games) because it really allows you to experience certain activities without ever stepping foot outside your front door.  Of course, there’s no substitute for the real thing but you can come close!
