Make sure you add Evaluation and Goal-Setting, Disciplinary Skills, Development, and Encouragement.

In my experience, these skills have always been pushed down the priority list for Managers or soon-to-be-Managers, but have been at the top of the list as complaints or criticisms from employees for a good long time.

And lastly,  for those of us in a Middle Management position who take on the stresses and craziness from our Director-Level or C-Suite bosses, how to deal with them while at the same time keeping your sanity and maintaining your own department and goals.</description>
