- Teddy Long announced Undertaker vs. Batista “Last Man Standing” rematch at Backlash
- Mr. Kennedy apologizes to Finlay causing the announced 2-on-1 handicap match with Hornswoggle to be cancelled. Instead they will team against Undertaker and Batista in the main event.
- London and Kendrick def. Deuce and Domino via DQ
- MVP def. Chris Benoit (non-title)
- Kane def. Davari
- Undertaker and Batista def. Finlay and Mr. Kennedy
