I wrote about using Google’s tools for business several weeks ago, and it’s a subject I definitely want to touch on again. I think Google Apps are fabulous for small business, the best part is they’re free! You have a whole suite of tools at your disposal that you don’t even have to pay for.

Here are a few small businesses talking about how they use Google Apps to help them run their businesses.

What makes Google apps great for small business is the ability to access them from any computer. If you have a spreadsheet in Google Documents you can access it anywhere you have an internet connection and a computer.

The same with G-Mail, if you know your username and password you can access your Google mail account from anyplace. That’s great for the mobile way we do business these days.

If you haven’t ever tried any of the Google applications for your small business, here’s a video tutorial that walks you through and explains some of the applications and how they work.
