So Far, So Good

Well, looks like Susan and I are both doing little personal challenges.  I should probably try and cut back on my caffeine, but I fear for everyone around me’s safety.

I’ve been keeping up on my running, and so far, so good.  Im sticking with the 3.0 mph walking, and 4.5 mph running and it seems to be working fairly well.  Fairly well to me means I haven’t given up yet, so take that for what it’s worth.

Based on your guys’ reviews, I think I’m going to go pick up a copy of Chi Running.  I’m going camping this weekend (which is sorely needed- work has been crazy) so I’ll probably be able to get through it this weekend if Im not hung over the entire time.

So, if I come back running like Phoebe, you can blame charlotte for putting it in my head ;)

    I LOVE Phoebe’s running style! Friends is the best show ever. Good luck with the book – let us know what you think because I’ve seen that one before and was interested in how it worked out for people.
