I've been running a series on the state of design on the top ten "most influential" blogs according to technorati on my site, so I've been doing a fair bit of thinking about design and blogs. I don't want to come across as a salivating Scrivs fan eager to suck up, but I do think you've done a fairly good branding job with your redesign. You've "owned" green (the web's most underused colour!), making a nice, memorable statement. Maybe bit more green at the footer to tie the whole thing together?
