Sonic Bomb Alarm For The Heavy Sleepers

April 14, 2009 by Scott Wharton

I’ve never been one to be a really heavy sleeper…unless alcohol was involved. Some people are naturally heavy sleepers and could sleep through loud thunderstorms. Some people it takes more than a good shake to wake them. I hate shaking someone when trying to wake them and I don’t like to be shaken either. It just pisses me off and puts me in a sour mood for at least an hour, especially if I’ve been sleep deprived.

For the heavy sleeper that can sleep through his or her alarm going off for two hours, there is the Sonic Bomb Alarm Clock. The Sonic Bomb Alarm clock is loud. In fact it’s 113db loud. Not only is it loud but it has flashing LEDs and a bed shaker. You can adjust the tone and volume of the alarm as well as the brightness of the clock. The bed shaker is optional and can be placed on the night-stand, beneath your pillow or underneath you mattress. It also has a battery back up just in case the power fails during the night. Check out the demo video below.

The Sonic Bomb doesn’t only come in the style featured. There are other styles and versions of the clock to include a travel Sonic Bomb. This particular Sonic Bomb will run you $42.95 at Sonicalert.com .

The Sonic Bomb was rated as one of the top 5 alarm clocks by Good Housekeeping Research Institute.
