Sony Says Profit Is Top Priority; Twists Mustache, Laughs.

Sony Corp Chairman Howard Stringer admits that the company is all about the dosh, making profit a first priority. Not surprising, since the manufacturing of the Playstation 3 combined with its slow start has cost Sony a lot of lunch money.
From Kombo.com:
Presently, [Sony is] forecasting that they will sell 10 million PlayStation 3s this year, and 9 million PlayStation 2s. No telling if they expect any overlap, thanks to the b/c snip-snip they pulled awhile back. Regardless, it seems that they would then be conceding their spot as the “world’s largest maker of video game consoles,” as Nintendo is predicting they’ll move 25 million Wiis into homes this year.
I’ve heard rumours about Sony garnering financial advice from an unorthodox source. World has it these advisors are scarcely seen and tend to work in the shadows, but sometimes if you sit quietly and the wind turns right, you can hear a faint song lingering in the night air:
Time to go to work,
Work all day,
We need underpants hey!
We won’t stop until we have underpants!
Yum tum yummy tum tay!
Time to go to work,
Work all night,
Search for underpants yay!
We won’t stop until we have underpants!
Yum tum yummy tum tay!

If profit is their highest priority they’re failing miserably, but I foresee a mild profit increase in the future….is that FFXIII on the horizon?
Step 1: Underpants
Step 2: ????
Step 3: Profit!!
To me, Final Fantasy XIII is a distant, shimmering spot…but if you keep moving forward, everything gets bigger. Still seems kind of etheral at this point, though. :(
