You said it, Tee! We knew someone else who went to a Sox-Rays game and who spoke of similar 'tude from the Rays fans. Would you believe that yours truly actually root e for the Yanks last week when they played the Rays? Fingers crossed that those 7 straight losses humbled those Rays fans a bit. If only you saw that woman and could count the losses on your fingers to her . . . ;)

Man, oh how can I relate to the enemy territory. We saw the Sox play the Rays in Tampa on July 2. My 8 year old was doing a little trash talking behind a couple, Rays fans, of course. When they went up, the woman turned around to my CHILD and started counting in his face, one, two, three, four, five, indicating the number of runs. We all stared at her in disbelief, and she seemed a bit embarrassed, but hey....If the guy wasn't shouting insults about Lugo the whole time, maybe my son wouldn't have been quite as vocal. The walk back to the car was not so fun. We were dodging brooms--sweep--and more nasty Red Sox comments. But it was great to see all the Red Sox fans walking along side of us.
