chef1.jpgSince I just posted about tuna fish I thought I would share a recipe thats quick and easy. This is a delicious high protein snack or post workout meal that doesn’t take too long and is low mess factor. Here goes…

1 Whole egg, 1 Egg white, 1 Can of starkist albacore tuna in spring water, sea salt, pepper, galic, basil, and pace picante sauce.

Drain the water off of the tuna and heat the tuna in a small fry pan on medium heat, beware of bubbling. Poor the eggs into the fry pan and stir into the tuna. Season with a bit of sea salt, pepper, garlic and a pinch of basil while it is cooking. Preferably cook until the eggs are just cooked and not cooked too “Hard”. This conserves the nutrients in the eggs. Top with a bit of picante sauce and enjoy.
