The houses' interior walls filled with water, then mold. She was sued. I believe it was in the Orlando area. A lot of buyers of new construction do not want you to bring inspectors in, but it's a good idea to still have a home inspection. Did you know thta you can also purchase extended warranties on home warranties? I just read about it on a blog yesterday.
