Steve Roesler: Golden Slacker for April

I am delighted to induct Mr. Steve Roesler as the April inductee in the Order of the Golden Slacker.

This is no April’s Fools Day joke as Steve has done an amazing job of offering managers a plethora of ideas and insights. Yet it is also fitting that he is inducted on April 1st as he has a fine sense of humor and happiness.

Steve Roesler

Steve writes about the world of work at All Things Workplace. If you don’t subscribe to this blog, do so right now as I guarantee you’ll read something Steve writes that will evoke passion and change. I love the header bar of the site with Steve sitting in a big chair just waiting to engage you in conversation. Most of Steve’s posts generate numerous comments from a committed and varied group of readers.

Steve has recently written two insightful series at the site. One was on change and the other was on passion. Steve also took a recent stint as the Chief Happiness Officer at Alexander Kejerulf’s site.

I appreciate Steve’s sense of humor and his own passion for the workplace. I have had a few Sunday afternoon conversations with Steve and it has always put a good start to my Monday at work.

I am honored to induct Mr. Steve Roesler into the Order of The Golden Slacker. As with all Golden Slackers, Steve will be receiving his official certificate by email!

Outstanding! If a golden slacker is especially suited to your tag line – paving the path of least resistance – then you could have no better an awardee than Steve, who is unparalleled at engaging others to help reconnoitering the path and then figure out the best way to pave it. Great selection!

      Jim,
I fully agree with you. Steve is pure Gold.

    3. Über-thanks for the honor!

Now I’ve got to explain to my clients why the only certificate I’ve ever received is for slacking.

Off for job interview at Burger King. . .
