		<description>well.. I have visited Stockton a few times and it this was to be expected.. It has a high crime rate, high unemployment and 2500 sq ft homes in the $600k and up.. Too many people think that they can push a $4500 mortgage when they cant. The Cali real estate is too expensive compared to the low average families income.. Then Cali is also known for mortgage lenders, realtors and appraisers that will Do ANYTHING to close a loan, even illegal means to close a deal.  When you go thru stockton you will see a large percentage of people driving beat up cars with expired registration but they live in half-million dollar homes.. It screams mortgage fraud all day.. I think that this will get alot worse really quick</description>
