		<description>Good tips. I find most people in my organization go WAY too far with colors, fonts, and other fancy and un-helpful formatting tricks. They spend a HUGE amount of time on this foolishness and not enough time on sensible layout, printability, accuracy and the basics. 

I don&#039;t print unless absolutely necessary, but most people DO print, so I feel it&#039;s courteous to at least hit print prieview on the spreadsheets I plan to share. Better than I take a minute or two to make it printable, than that 30 people each do so.</description>
