&lt;p&gt;Second: Yeah, it just doesn&#039;t pay to spend time learning everything. Heck, it&#039;s not even possible when you think about it. Acting like a doofus and having someone offer to help is pretty sweet. It&#039;s when bosses and colleagues dump all of their &quot;menial&quot; stuff on other people because &quot;that&#039;s just not who I am&quot; that causes the difficulty.&lt;/p&gt;
