Street Fighter IV Bits and Pieces

Destructoid.com has uploaded gameplay footage of Street Fighter IV. This footage actually featured on the most recent installment of the 1UP Show, but if you just want to cut to the chase…well, here you go.

Seeing the game in motion has given cause for some fans to rub their chins and keep an open mind about the character models. Destructoid probably isn’t going to drop their campaign to Save Ryu From Looking Generic in Street Fighter IV, though: They’ve put some impressive work into their evaluation of Street Fighter’s main man. I appreciate descriptive metaphors like “Gigantor head,” “Hobbit feet” and “Fat horse legs.”

One commentator named J4RMZ made my night with, “Apparently Gears of War has ushered in a new era of video gaming where gravity rules supreme and all characters must resemble poor, overweight, Puerto-Rican bread vendors. God loves progress.”
