How can you achieve success AND stay stress-free? If you can answer that question, you can win one million dollars!! Well, no not really.
However, answering that question does qualify it as the million dollar question because success requires so much from us that it can put us under stress. What I have found out in this journey to success is that being able to prioritize, focus and discipline myself does count. Success does not come easy nor does it come without a price.
There are some of us here at b5media who have some suggestions and viewpoints that we put to use while ladder climbing. I’ll share them with you:
1. A list of 25 ways you can use to make life simpler.
2. Mary Emma’s commenters leave a few other suggestions…
3. Alicia sparks gives us an idea on feel-good destressing.
4. Got $50? Get destressed here.
These are just a few ideas that we have. What ideas do you have for destressing?

Thanks for the linky love! ;)
Stress is one of the biggest challenges in life and business. Thanks for these tips and for referring to those on my post at Home Biz Notes, Bridget.
Laughter is one of the best stress relievers I can think of… Laugh at yourself, make a joke, look for laughter in the stressful moments in life. I was arguing with my husband the other day and in the middle of it, I said something and ended up laughing at myself and as hard as he tried not to, he began to chuckle and we moved forward in the midst of our day!!

A “recovering” Type-A (is there such a thing)? :) this is near and dear to me. Since opening our inn in MOntana… for me a great stress reliever, is a ride on one of my horses. Good for whatever ails..
