Super Bowl’s Greatest Commercials

With the Super Bowl fast approaching, many related advertising campaigns are taken place leading up to the Big Game. CBS is encouraging viewers to get involved with their primetime special, “Super Bowl’s Great Commercials 2009.”
The show, which airs on January 31st, features ten Super Bowl commercials battling for the number one spot of all time. Viewers are being asked to vote for their favorite at CBS.com, where they can view all ten.
One of the commercials featured is Tide to Go’s “Talking Stain,” which was a huge hit in its debut last year. After being named the winner of YouTube’s 2008 Ad Blitz, Top 5 Ad from the Wall Street Journal and other accolades, it’s now vying with the other nine entries for top spot.
The winner will be announced live on “Super Bowl’s Great Commercials 2009.” The special will be hosted by Jim Nantz, lead play-by-play announcer of “The NFL on CBS,” and co-hosted by Daisy Fuentes.

Super Bowl XLIII takes place on Sunday, February 1, 2009 when the Arizona Cardinals take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Tampa Bay.
I can’t wait to see the new commercials! I’m so excited. Some last year were a pain to watch, but there were a few good ones. Hopefully this year we’ll have some memorable ones.
