We have been having tiling problems that started about the 8-11 and now have completely lost about 15 hd channels in SW WA Vancouver area. They will come out to look at it but we will have to pay a fee for it. $80. We have two boxes and they both get the non hd and some hd but neither get the 15 or so HD channels.
