Does RA really think anyone takes his lawsuit against the SEC seriously? It's about as credible as his Coalition for Luggage Security (!) You have to love that one!

Obviously, RA looks and sounds like a scumbag.
The one thing that troubles me is that after all these years the SEC did not touch RA about him issuing shares. Only until RA sued the SEC did they accuse him of stock fraud a few days later.

the SEC is retaliating against USXP and richard altomare because they sued the SEC ……
the courts will decide the outcome
the SEC is so afraid ..that they are trying to kill the company ..
