Talking About Negative Keywords

I read about negative keywords just recently and I really got interested in it. See, in that article I read, it is said that one should be able to make do without the negative keywords which could possibly be found in a site. After all, most people are working on the SEO part of their sites so as to gain more revenue.

What are negative keywords, you ask? Well, it is said that negative keywords are those that terms that could actually make the wrong ads appear on your site, especially if you are using Google Adsense. Here’s a good example from that article:

For example, say you’re a fishing supply company selling all manner of gear. You want people to find your company when they do searches on “fish nets” and “spears”, but you don’t want people clicking on your ad who are looking for fishnet stockings or Britney Spears.

Hmmm… Now that’s pretty interesting. I think we all should take a look at our sites.
