Why am I singing the Spice Girls? Well, other than the fact that I love the Spice Girls the song sticks in your head easily, the Spice Girls are what I think of when someone says “Girl Power!”
And Girl Power is the best way to describe this story. It makes sense – why can’t a star soccer player serve as kicker for a college football team? I wonder if we’ll see more girls playing in the future…
