NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
LenDale White is the man when the Titans are near the goal line
The Houston Texans were losing and desperate so they went for fourth down 6 times in the game yesterday, but only made it twice and the Titan defense held.
Just listen to this quote from Keith Bulluck.
“We want them to go for it,” linebacker Keith Bulluck said. “That’s a challenge to us. If they feel they’re big enough and bad enough to go for it on fourth down and get it, we welcome the challenge. We like to pump our chests out too.”
With Houston facing fourth-and-10 at the Tennessee 48 with 4:26 to go, free safety Michael Griffin picked off his second Matt Schaub pass of the game. After the Texans regained possession, Schaub was rushed by Kyle Vanden Bosch on fourth-and-10 from the Tennessee 11 and threw his third interception, this time to cornerback Cortland Finnegan. He took it 99 yards for the longest interception return in franchise history.

The Titans are now 3 – 0.
Even without the injured Vince Young, the Titans were able to win and win big. They are gaining confidence with each good game.
perfection.
LenDale White ran for two touchdowns, Kerry Collins threw for another and Tennessee rolled over Houston 31-12 Sunday to improve to 3-0 for only the third time in franchise history.
“It’s a long way to go, but 3-0 is a good start,” Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse said after getting his first full sack this season. “There’s still a lot of room for improvement.”
The tandem of Chris Johnson for yards and LenDale White for touchdowns is paying off for the Tennessee Titans.
