Goodbye from David Zinger

Bye, by David Zinger

zinger david

I enjoyed writing 1/2 of Slacker Manager for the past 15 months. I wrote close to 200 posts at this site.

Thank you to Phil Gerbyshak for being my partner through thick, thin, and numerous behind the scene quirks, glitches, and changes. I wish Phil all the best with this site and know he can continue to keep this a leading site for management and leadership. It was strange to have a partner for 15 months that I never met in person but I really felt I got to know Phil from his writing, his emails, and our phone calls.

Thank you to b5media for letting me write this blog.

Thank you to the channel editors for your perspective and explanations.

Thank you to Bren Connelly for creating this blog.

But most of all, and my favorite part of the blog, was you, the reader of this site.

Thanks for taking time out of your busy days to muse upon some of my posts.

And a very special thanks to all of you who took time to comment.

I will continue writing on employee engagement and leadership and I invite you to come and visit me at Employee Engagement Zingers: www.davidzinger.com

Carry on caring…

You were one of the people I thought about and how much I appreciated the time and thought you took to write so many insightful comments. Thank you.

    David …

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas and the forum to discuss them. You are a gracious host.

    Best wishes

    David,
I will be sad to see you go but I know you will be on to bigger and better things! You were such a great yin to Phil’s yang (gosh, that sounds a little pervy when written down) – SlackerManager will not be the same without you!

  5. CK says:

You shall be missed! Come visit!

    Dean:
I appreciate being called a gracious host…that makes my day!
    Kelly:
I love the yin and yang…maybe that’s why Phil and I never got together in person :)

I am sure I will visit and I know with Phil taking this on he would probably appreciate the occasional guest post from an old Slacker like me.

  7. David – you were always a great Slacker partner, never slacking, always pushing me to share more, to do more.

Thanks for all you did, and you know, I will be asking you to keep us up to date on all the news that’s fit to print about Employee Engagement. That’s where you soar buddy.

It’s been fun, and whatever happens next will be different from what already has been.

    Until next time yin…

  8. David Zinger says:

    Phil,
I know you will do a great job with this and make a stronger brand for Slacker Manager.
    David
