I was mailed a copy of a new book called The Authentic Brand by Christopher Rosica, CEO of Rosica Strategic Public Relations by the publisher Noble Press. In short, the book reveals how top entrepreneurs connect with customers thereby creating an authentic brand experience that consumers expect and rely on.
