The Body Weight Workout

You don’t need iron or gym equipment to get a great workout. Just your body weight alone can provide the burn you need to get in shape and build muscle. In fact, body weight exercises are fantastic alternative exercises that you should incorporate into your regular workout.
Men in particular should focus more on working with their body weight. Men commonly focus on hitting the iron to pump up particular areas of their body, but lack core strength and balance throughout their body to effectively perform body weight exercises such as squats, pull-ups, push-ups, and bridges.
Women who consistently workout actually fare better with body weight exercises because their strength is more evenly spread throughout the body. Women just beginning to form a workout routine should follow this path and root their fundamentals in building off body weight activities like the ones in the video below.
