Granted it's not a franchise, but according to The Food Network ( I know what you're thinking- yeah they're the same ones who forgot to check "Chef" Robert Irvine's resume when he told them he cooked for the Queen of England & a couple of US Presidents-where's the don't do that guy when you need him!) I swear I'm not makin this up! Anyhoo- It seems the crazies in NYC don't mind paying an arm & a leg for a PBJ. The Peanut Butter & Co.
