Orioles 4, Tigers 3 – Baltimore fans protest as the O’s beat the AL Central leading Tigers. That’s just unlucky timing.
Red Sox 6, Twins 0 – “David Ortiz Big Papi Two Home Runs MVP Clutch” is all I could make out of the Sportscenter highlight.
Trolley-Dodgers 5, Pirates 2 – Dodgers a half-game up in the Wild Card, a half-game down in the NL West. Dodgers fans so excited they might stay for the 8th inning.
Marlins 5, Metropolitans 2 - Congratulations Joe Girardi, good luck with next year.
Georgia Tech 24, Virginia 7 – All C(h)a. Johnsons are great wideouts, apparently. Be readly for a dominant Chandler Johnson in the near future.
