The Jessica Simpson Jinx Extends to Tony Romo’s Song Voice, Too

The well-documented jinxification undergone by Tony Romo as a result of his relationship with Jessica Simpson has, until recently, been relegated to his QB performance with the Dallas Cowboys.
The good news is, the effect apparently did not bleed into other sports. Eastern Illinois alum Romo threw out the first pitch at yesterday’s Chicago Cubs–Arizona Diamondbacks game.
The bad news is, the jinx did extend into Romo’s musical talents, as evidenced by his rendition of Take Me Out to the Ballgame. True, we have no idea what Romo sang like before Simpson came into the picture, but (a) we’re having a great blog foddah run with this whole jinx thing and (b) we think it’s funny that Jessica Simpson—who should follow this advice, by the way—doesn’t “get” why she’s a “jinx.”
Tony Romo looking in Jessica Simpson’s handbag for the antidote to her jinxiness. It’s gotta be in there somewhere!
