It would appear that this type of system would create a virtual business community environment where exchanges would be made in private. But the good part is, it is not totally anonymous since the "burden of identification" will fall upon the exchangers when customers do in and out exchanges. Hopefully, there would exist an exchanger that would not charge high fees for out-exchanges to fiat currency and bank wire using the Swift Bic codes...that is why everyone love moneybookers' low and reasonable fees for withdrawal.
