You’ve heard of yoga, but do you know the many benefits of yoga? If you incorporate a session per week, your body will be richly rewarded. Check out some of the awesome perks to yoga.

  • flexibility – your body will never feel so limber.
  • detoxification – you get rid of toxins because the blood is flowing to more minute places in your body
  • improved muscle tone – yoga does a great job of getting rid of flab because it stimulates the muscles
  • lubrication of ligaments and tendons – if your joints are rigid and stiff, yoga can really help you melt the tension away
  • better posture – yoga loosens up your body out of previous bad habits and/or normal positioning
